bigisHUGE! Creative, a hot new creative and social agency launched by the Web Development Group Inc, seeks talented web design interns to work in its Alexandria, VA [Old Town] office.
This paid internship will give candidates plenty of hands-on experience in the world of graphic and web design, online communications and web development.
This summer you can:
- Support senior designers and Drupal developers
- Assist in managing gallery operations
- Assist in management, research and coordination of images needed for designs
- Assist in web template designs
- Assist in creating graphics for social media platforms
- Maintain website, blog and social media network presence
- Help come up with ideas for clients
We are looking for talented individuals that are looking to work in a fast-moving environment where the quality of the work is paramount, and the opportunity to grow is huge.
Technical Requirements:
- Photoshop is a must
Bonus Points:
- HTML/ CSS, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla etc, Illustrator, InDesign, Pages and/or Final Cut Pro experience
- A love of dogs (we have two in the office)
- able to use medicine balls
- able to take a joke
- able to wear shorts and sandals
