When I first conceived of the Gold Star Family Registry I had no idea who could be entrusted with such a complex but significant task of creating this online memorial to our nation’s fallen military heroes. Last year, we approached WDG, a Drupal and WordPress development company to create the a comprehensive web database that incorporating over 2 million pieces of data, The website allows users to search by a variety of criteria and to create individual profiles utilizing the data. Granting administrative rights to individuals using a hierarchy of users was required. On top of everything, we requested the entire project be completed in a very condensed timeframe.
We were beyond satisfied with the work of WDG. When I started my job in January, I was a clueless college graduate
